Indigo Dye

Spent Friday at Beth's house with her indigo dye vat.  I have some lovely fabric now.  Just a few pictures of fabric opened at Beth's.  I have some other fabric that I had to let completely dry so I could undo the stitching.  I'll show them later.

Rolled and twisted on a diagonal



Folded according then tied


Marked then points wrapped


Clamp resist then wrapped on a rope.

    Very nice! I've never tried indigo dyeing, maybe someday? Love all of your patterns, especially the points wrapped on a grid pattern. How long did that take to tie off?
