"Not selected" (as in rejected) for No Holds Barred
First it was all about quilting and then dyeing and then I started making books and zentangling and drawing. Now I have given up on limiting myself and this is all about my creative journey. Hope you'll join me on my journey and invite me on yours!
I like it a lot. It's even better with the pieces sewed on to the edges. I like that effect. Can you put detailed pictures of a few sections on the blog? It's the hand work that is so lovely

ReplyDeleteI like it a lot, too, and think you're brave for even entering the show! I've joined a regional PAQA group with a show coming up next year and hope to have the courage to enter something I'm working on now.
ReplyDeleteThe word rejection is just too strong. This piece is certainly NOT a reject. Not selected can mean many things and many reasons why it did not make it.
ReplyDeleteSo....we move forward and enter it in something else as it has great impact and a strong message.
